karachi technology park

status: feasibility study 

Karachi Technology Park is a new office led mixed use development that will provide state of the art office facilities tech-led businesses and professionals.  The project is located in the suburb of Qayyumabad in Karachi, Pakistan.  The building complex incorporates flexible contemporary offices spaces, a hotel, conference facilities,  restaurants, cafes, shops, gym with swimming pool generous communal amenities and car parking spaces.

 

The scheme has been designed as a collection of three cylindrical towers, with varying heights and diameters to create a striking and dynamic development.  A generous triple height retail space connects the towers at ground floor level and provides the offices above with green open space. The car parking is located in one of the towers and has a continuous spiralling floor that acts as both ramp and car park.  The sky bridges at high level connect the towers.

  • RIBA Stage 1:  Analysing the site and existing building and developing the final brief with the client.

  • RIBA Stage 2:  Directing internal team of architects to develop the feasibility study.   Develop and present concept design for the client.
