Ghadan 21 is a vital project that celebrates Abu Dhabi’s unique habitat and enriches access to natural sites through a vast landscape masterplan  inspired by the journey from desert to sea.   It creates a new unique destination in Abu Dhabi with iconic landmark architecture.

The ambitious programme provides a number of new public spaces which aims to encourage pedestrian movement, increase people interaction and enhance the vibrancy of the area throughout the year.   A series of microclimates, with shaded paths and water features with mist and greenery provide comfort from the sun and help mitigate temperature.
