salisbury city council: diploma one unit

The proposals looks at creating new office accommodation for Salisbury District Council, as well as for the provision for new private and key worker homes.

 

The scheme tackles four key issues:

• Re-locating all the council’s existing office accommodation into one single building.

• The re-organization and re-introduction of St. Edmunds house as a primarily residential building.

• The creation of new private town houses around the Church Green.

• The provision of exhibition and gathering spaces for the adjacent St. Edmunds Art Centre.
